Volunteer Support

Program goal:

To strengthen learning, child support, and school development through volunteer engagement and collaboration.

Program Overall Interventions

Under this program, we recruit volunteers locally and internationally for implementing the following interventions for the children we help at Savvy Brain Pre and Primary Schools:

Classroom Learning Support

Volunteers assist teachers with reading, numeracy, and group activities to improve individual learner attention and outcomes.

One-on-One Mentorship

Volunteers mentor children, building confidence, motivation, and positive academic and life habits.

After-School Learning Clubs

Volunteers run homework support and enrichment sessions in literacy and STEM in a safe learning space.

Child Well-Being and Safeguarding

Volunteers support child protection awareness and help identify children needing emotional or social support.

Skills and Career Exposure

Volunteers share real-life experiences and career insights to inspire children and broaden their aspirations.

School Promotion and Fundraising Support

Volunteers help amplify the school’s visibility to attract more volunteers through storytelling, social media, and community outreach, while also supporting fundraising efforts to mobilize resources for student learning and school development projects.

School Growth and Development Support

Volunteers support school improvement initiatives, including learning resources, environment upgrades, and community engagement.
